We process personal data strictly in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the TDDDG.

Our website and the Odoo shop system are hosted on a virtual server (vServer) provided by Strato AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin).

For security reasons, we have concluded a contract with Strato for order processing (AVV). This ensures that Strato processes your data (e.g. IP addresses in log files) only in accordance with our strict instructions. Data is stored exclusively in German data centres to ensure maximum data security.

Each time the website is accessed, our vServer automatically collects information in so-called server log files (e.g. browser type, operating system, referrer, URL, host name of the accessing computer and time of the server request). This data is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the website.

We use Odoo's integrated consent management system. When you visit our website for the first time, a banner will appear allowing you to control which cookies we are permitted to set.

• Necessary Cookies: These ensure that the shopping basket functions and that you can log in (legal basis Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

• Analysis-Cookies: These only become active when you click on ‘Accept’ in the banner.

• Special FONTS: We use fonts (such as Constantina) to ensure high-quality visual presentation. These are installed locally on our server. No connection to Google servers or other third-party providers is made when loading the fonts.

We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand which products you like. We use the current Google Consent Mode v2 for this purpose.

What this means: Your data will only be collected if you actively consent to it. We use IP anonymisation so that no direct conclusions can be drawn about your person. The data collected helps us to identify trends (e.g. popular colours or cuts). If you refuse to give your consent, no tracking cookies will be set and only anonymous pings will be sent to Google, which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about you.

The storage period for data collected via Google Analytics has been limited to a minimum. You can also prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by installing a browser add-on to disable Google Analytics.

When you make a purchase from us, we process your data (name, address, email) in order to fulfil the purchase contract (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Payment via PayPal: > Payment processing is carried out exclusively by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.

If you choose PayPal during the ordering process, your order details (name, amount, delivery address) will be sent to PayPal. Depending on the payment method you choose (e.g. PayPal balance or direct debit), PayPal may carry out a credit check. We have no influence on the data collected by PayPal and do not store any bank or credit card details on our Strato server.

Your data is transferred to PayPal on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (performance of a contract). Further information can be found in PayPal's privacy policy.
