§ 1 scope of application 

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all deliveries from Tobias Colley (hereinafter TC-Shop) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.

§ 3 contract conclusion 

3.1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order. 

3.2. By clicking on the [Buy/Place order] button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.  

Cancellation policy

Right of WithdrawalYou have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Special notice regarding the early expiration of the right of withdrawal:The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. boxers, socks) if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Folgen des Widerrufs 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

§ 5 Prices and shipping costs 

6.1. Die genannten Preise enthalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. 

6.2. Zusätzlich berechnen wir für die Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands pauschal 5,95 Euro pro Bestellung.

§ 7 Lieferung & Versand 

7.1. Delivery is made within Germany. We usually ship with DHL or a parcel service provider of our choice. 

7.2. The delivery time is, unless otherwise stated, up to 3 business days after receipt of payment.

8.1. Payment is made via PayPal.

§ 8 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
