Quality is a Decision
From November 14th to 18th, 2025, I was on an intensive mission in Bangladesh. My goal was clearly defined: to personally audit the entire value chain of our products. For me as the owner, there are no shortcuts when it comes to the trust of my customers. Anyone promising premium quality must know the processes on-site personally.
The Stations: From Manufacturing to the Seal of Approval
In just four days, I completed a workload that covers the entire creation of our goods.
The focus was on these key partners:
Muazuddin Textile & Techno Fiber Ltd.: Here, the textile base and the manufacturing processes were inspected. The combination of long-standing expertise and technical precision forms the backbone of our collections.
RFL Group (Footwear & Fashion): A visit to one of the most modern industry leaders to ensure standards in the field of fashion and footwear at an international top level.
Papyrus FastQ (BD) Limited: Since the customer experience begins with unboxing, I optimized the packaging details directly on-site at Papyrus FastQ. Perfection is already evident in the details of the packaging.
SGS BD (Quality Assurance): A crucial appointment took place at SGS. As the world's leading independent testing and certification institute, SGS ensures that our products objectively meet all quality and safety standards. Independent tests are the final confirmation of our work for me.
Pragmatism On-Site Flying out on Friday, a marathon of appointments over the weekend, and back in the office by Tuesday – that is my understanding of responsibility. I do not rely on third-party reports; I see for myself. By personally monitoring every step – from the weaving mill and packaging to the independent testing institute – I create a foundation of stability and reliability.
Conclusion This trip was short, but the result is long-term: we work with partners who share my high standards of quality and professionalism. With the support of independent testing by SGS, we guarantee products that deliver what they promise.
